Dream job alert: one lucky aspiring photographer will get to have the life-changing opportunity to head to the Maldives (aka heaven on earth) and spend three weeks working on their portfolio.

Luxury travel company Kuoni is advertising a position for its very first Honeymoon Photographer-In-Residence. The person who snaps up this dream job will get to bring a photography assistant of their choice and stay in luxury accommodations across four Kuoni resorts in the Maldives.

They’ll receive almost £3,000 for the three-week assignment (a salary equivalent to £50,000 per year) and all their expenses, including food and drink, will be covered by Kuoni. All they will be expected to do in return is take dreamy photos of newlyweds that are honeymooning at the resorts.

Talking about the job on offer, Kuoni's Director of Communications, Rachel O'Reilly said: ‘A Kuoni honeymoon is unforgettable, but now we’re offering our customers the chance to share and capture their earliest days as newlyweds. Our new Honeymoon Photographer-In-Residence will be on-island with our customers, capturing their most special moments together which they can cherish and relive forever.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, all you have to do is visit the dedicated Kuoni website to submit your best shots and explain why you would be perfect for the job. A panel of judges, which will include renowned celebrity wedding photographer Sandra Von Riekoff, Hitched editor Zoe Burke, and Kuoni's Managing Director Mark Duguid, will then pick a winner on May 5.
