Since the world went into self-isolation, hundreds of quick-thinking cultural institutions, fitness studios and more have gone virtual, live-streaming gigs, classes and exhibitions to people all over the world. It’s been incredible to see.

But, if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed right now, you might be in need of some something a little simpler.

Volunteer Park Conservatory in Seattle, USA is doing just that, sharing soothing videos of the inside of their greenhouses on Instagram every day.

The glasshouse, which was inspired by London’s Crystal Palace, was built in 1912 and is made up of five different temperate zones, which are home to hundreds of different types of plant life.
