Euro Summer is just around the corner – so where to stay? There are plenty of stellar hotels in Europe, but we’re here to shine the light on the (not so) humble all-inclusive. There’s a reason families love ’em – fixed prices, gleaming facilities, all the food and drink you can possibly consume – but, if you ask us, they’re perfect for your girls’ trips, couples’ holidays and even solo jaunts, too.

There are all-inclusives for every traveller: adults-only spots with tasteful design, spots that sit right on the beach and others in the heart of the mountains.

On Time Out’s 2026 list of Europe’s top all-inclusive stays are locations in Greece, Spain, Portugal and Türkiye, but one property shone brighter than the rest, according to hotel expert Heidi Fuller-Lovewho curated this list.

So, where is it? Well, grab your suncream and arrive hungry, because Time Out’s number one pick is Ikos Andalusia

The 425-room property lies in a sweeping 21 acres of land on the outskirts of Marbella, with the Alborean sea lapping gently on its doorstep. The idyllic Guadalmansa Beach is less than 1km away, but if you’re keen to hang out there all day, Booking.com says guests are welcome to get involved in everything from yoga and aerobics classes to walking tours, canoeing, and cycling. Oh, and it’s gorgeous.

‘With menus by Michelin-starred chefs, eight elegant bars and a slew of premium perks, you can expect to live your best life at this beachfront spa beauty on Spain’s sun-bathed Costa del Sol,’ writes Heidi. ‘Away from the table, there are nine pools, countless free activities and a dusky sand beach, so it’s easy to burn off those calories, too.’

But that’s far from all - below is our entire list, which also includes all-inclusives that are especially good if you’ve got kids in tow. Check it out.
