1st Thursdays At Oma 'Peace And Harmony' says
Join us, as Orlando's original art party returns on Thursday, February 4 -- only at the Orlando Museum of Art!

This month's 1st Thursdays show will feature art that focuses on the need for people working together cooperatively. Local artists will showcase their works that are symbolic, abstract, portraits of peacemakers, or creators of harmony in human civilization.

We've got a great lineup that includes awesome food, amazing entertainment, and, of course, great local art, produced by some of Orlando's finest artists and creative minds! PLUS we've got a few new surprises to share!

This month's event [Thursday, February 4, 6-9 p.m.] will feature music by Beautiful Chorus; food by Vital Flair; and performances/interaction with College Park Yoga and Live Painting by Jessica Park. New Score Chamber Orchestra, Feeding Children Everywhere, Florida Artists Registry, and the Global Peace Film Festival will also be taking part in this month's party.

College Park Yoga will hold a 60-minute class [6-7 p.m.] inside our galleries! Class size is limited to 60 participants. Pre-registration will be required. Price of admission is entry fee to 1st Thursdays [$10 general public; free for OMA members]. NOTE: Please check our Facebook page early next week [Monday/Tuesday] for information on how to pre-register.

PLUS we have a special guest joining us - National Geographic photograher Erika Larsen, whose work appears in OMA's newest exhibition, "Women of Vision: National Geographic Photographers on Assignment." Erika will speak at 7:30 p.m., and meet-and-greet 1st Thursdays guests afterwards.

Don't miss this fun-filled event!
