Steven Arterbury with Xcentricart www.xcentricart.com
At heart I am a Surrealist and create most of my work from my subconscious. This exercise is known as “automatic drawing”. My art consist of modern surrealism highlighted with bold, colorful designs of mysticism and fantasy. The work I’ve chosen to exhibit for this show is a mix of drawing’s, digital art and photography. When I was a kid I liked to draw with a red crayon but did not realize I wanted to become an artist until high school. From there, I attended Valencia and UCF to complete my Art degree specializing in Illustration.
E. S. Avery (Erika Avery)
Erika S. Avery began painting at the age of three and is completely self taught. Throughout the years she has experimented with many mediums and genres, though abstract is her favorite.
She thoroughly enjoys doing anything creative, and is also a successful sculptor, fashion designer, hair and makeup artist, and published author.
Erika is also a martial artist and certified Reiki master and her spiritual side is reflected in her work.
Don E. Gannon with Photographs in Motion www.photographsnmotion.com
We are light painters. We capture the contextual blur of life. Our “light painting” technique captures the motion, color and light found in our built environment with a special digital camera (equivalent to a pinhole camera). We then digitally paint them adding texture, enhancing color and providing additional depth and motion.. The strong influence of architectural modernism and our life experiences allow us to see our world in a unique abstract light which stimulates our imagination to simply run wild.
Our award winning and international collected work has garnered the attention of galleries and publications alike. We are constantly pursuing new opportunities to present work in unique and creative venues and to do so with the newest technology.
