Sophia's Soul Care says
You are invited to join together for an uplifting, restorative experience. Every month, Sophia's Soul Care teams up with the local non-profit, Eco-action, to support their mission to remove trash from Central Florida waterways. Beyond beautification, our intentions focus upon saving animals from harm, and cultivating peace, joy and deep harmony within.

We will be launching on foot as a group, using trash bags, gloves and grabbers to pick up waste from shorelines. If you have any clean-up supplies, please consider bringing/donating them. If you'd like to reserve one of our 10 free canoes, please indicate so on your RSVP. And if you have your own canoe, you are welcome to launch with us. At the end of the cleanup, we will take a group photo of all the trash and recycling that our team removes from the area. All ages are welcome (on foot only) with an accompanying adult.

Then stick around after our cleanup to celebrate life with us! Here's your chance to get to know your community! We will be creating an intentional picnic space with healing refreshments, live-music making, soul harmonizing exercises, and open sharing of music/talents/gifts/crafts/art/inspiration...

Please delight us by bringing a lunch, your favorite picnic games, acoustic instruments and of course, your friends and family. We look forward to playing in the sunshine with you this Sunday!

This is a free event, but love donations to Eco-Action are always welcome. ***************************************************************
