Facing The Holidays With Love & Peace says
There is a lot of pressure for the holidays to be a joyous time, but for some, it can be an isolating and lonely time that sparks (or renews) a long-term mental health issue.

It can be particularly difficult if you've experienced a recent loss or are dealing with trauma related stress -- which is pretty common challenge our community faces this year.

We want you to know that you are not alone! Come prepare to enjoy the holiday season this year -- one of the best things you can do for yourself is to be proactive and make a plan.

We'd like you to join us on November 9th at 6pm at 320 N Ferncreek Orlando, Fl 32803 from 6-8pm.

Come share your stories, connect with others, and learn strategies so that you can embrace the holidays with peace and love.
