In this class you'll identify what toxic foods to avoid and what super foods to include in your own and your child’s diet. You'll learn concrete, easy ways to get kids to eat (and like!) a wider variety of healthy foods. Take home kid-friendly recipes and nutritious lunch and snack ideas both you and your child will be happy about.

You'll go home with lots of recipes and ideas on how to bring these traditions into your modern home and restore yourself and your family to excellent health.

Jen is passionate about teaching people to eat healthy. Her own autoimmune condition went into remission with the introduction of a "Paleo" diet (no grains, no dairy), and she deeply believes in the healing power of food. Jen loves to show adults and children alike, more creative ways to bring real food into their diets and enjoy better health.
