We’ll break-down the basics of coming into a properly aligned headstand and handstand against the wall and with time permitting, we’ll tap into grasshopper, paperclip, flying pigeon and any requests! This open forum creates a fun, safe space for students to ask questions, feed off the encouraging energy of fellow yogis and explore new shapes. There will be a nice, cooling end with wrist, shoulder and neck releases. Studio B
