The Training Program will start on Saturday, June 4, 2016 - Sunday, February 12, 2017.

Join us at 6:00 a.m. for the Program kickoff on June 4 at the Glenridge Middle School track. This is open to the public, so you can join us for the kickoff and register that morning!

The Galloway training method is a unique run/walk/run style of training that minimizes injuries and enables participants to achieve their goal of completing a marathon or half marathon. The training program welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston Qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace on the long mileage Saturday runs. This low mileage run/walk/run program will prepare participants for an incredible achievement.

Group training is held three mornings a week - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Come prepared to run or walk 4 laps on the track, so we can time your Magic Mile and place you in the appropriate pace group.
