Reconnect to the land and your spirit with an interactive herb garden! Many herbs are very productive growers while being low maintenance. Their benefits for the land, mind, body and spirit are endless. In this class we will discuss some those benefits along with growing and maintaining an herb garden, and harvesting and storing what we have grown.

Join us every Thursday night, starting March 9th through August, to learn more about the healing world of plants! With a rotation of topics and teachers, both the amateur plant lover and the seasoned herbal enthusiast will find a workshop to fit your interest. Beginners and experts alike are welcome to come learn, share, and grow together. No prior herbal experience is necessary!

Tuition is $20 per workshop, or sign up for 10 & get one FREE. Bring a notebook, a pen, a curious mind, and a friend!
We encourage you to register in advance, as space in each week’s workshop is limited.

Instructor Michele Bumbier is a permaculture practitioner with a background in horticulture.
She works frequently with herbalism, pollinators, and Florida Native plants. Her passion for bridging the gap between society and Nature began in 2012 when she intuitively created her first garden. The rewards were not just edible, but spiritual. This activated her desire to teach others about the endless benefits of gardening.

Michele has cultivated a strong spiritual practice communicating with Nature through intentional gardening. She uses her intuition to create and install permaculture landscapes that provide peace of mind to the resident, an abundance of food, and a special sanctuary for reconnecting with Earth. She has installed numerous organic gardens for various clients. She works extensively with children as well, teaching them the importance of protecting and honoring Nature. Michele is currently working on various permaculture installations, furthering her path in herbalism, and making medicinal remedies from her gardens.
