Calling all kiddos (5-12 years)! It’s time for your very own Kids AcroYoga Class! Join me the SECOND SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH for a fun and playful class. Students will work together to make fun shapes and poses as they learn how to base, fly and spot in a safe environment. No experience necessary. $10 per kids class or buy a Kids 6-pack for only $40 (can be shared with siblings).
Parents, drop of your little yogis in Studio C. FYI There is an adult Beginner Hot Yoga available in Studio B at the same time as your kids class. Go enjoy some time on your mat at the same time if you'd like.
Cost: $10 drop-in per kid or package of 6 for $40 (can be shared with siblings and used for regular Kids Yoga classes)
