Reservations are first-come, first-serve and non-refundable. Additionally, you will need to submit an image to be used for promotional purposes by AUG 7 or you will not be advertised as being there. PLEASE MAKE THE IMAGE TITLE YOUR NAME. Email images to info@ILoveDRIP.com, Subject: Local Art Night Press Photo.

Cost to participate is $10. "Booth" space size is approximately 6 to 8 feet. You will need to provide everything you need for the night. DRIP does have a few tables, but they may need to be used for other things. Please bring any power cords or extension cords you may need. You may not be directly next to a power outlet. WE CANNOT HANG ANYTHING ON THE WALLS. If you would like to hang something you will need to have free standing walls.
You will be responsible for taking payment for your own items. You will keep 100% of the profit.
All artists will receive a complimentary list for their guests. You may invite as many people as you would like and they will not have to pay the $5 cover. Please type up the list of names and have them printed and turned into the Event Coordinator the night of the event no later than 7:30 PM.
Set up starts at 6:30 PM.
When you arrive, you may park by the loading ramp. However, when you are done you will need to move your car behind TGIFridays. We need to keep our parking lot clear for our guests.
Tear down can begin at 11:30 PM. And you may move your car back to unload. Be advised that the band may play later or people may stay later so please be courteous and quiet while doing so. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT TALKING TO LOCAL ART NIGHT COORDINATOR FIRST.

To confirm participation, payments must be received by AUGUST 10. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED.
