Mindful traditional ashtanga style yoga, focusing on the breath, stillness and fluidity in movements with extra attention paid to building and maintaining personal strength. Extended vibrational relaxation at the end of practice with visualizations and body awareness exercises.

Meredith has practiced deep breathing/meditation/pranayama in the Hindu tradition for over six years.
