Orlando Science Center is typically closed Wednesdays during the school year but is now open the first Wednesday of every month for Members and guests to enjoy their favorite exhibits in quieter setting!

The building will be open to the general public and groups but not to school field trips!

This is the last chance to join us for a less crowded visit before Orlando Science Center stays open 7 days a week throughout the summer!


Visit traveling exhibit Astronaut before it blasts off on May 14! 3, 2, 1- BLAST OFF with 26 interactive exhibits that investigate the reality of the job that modern day space travelers face. From training to take off to daily life in microgravity, discover what real-life space explorers have to go through!

1st Wednesdays also include giant-screen films like Dream Big Film plus four floors of exhibits and experiences such as animal encounters in NatureWorks, hands-on fun in Kinetic Zone and Engineer It! and more!


Admission to Orlando Science Center is free for Members*, $19.95 for adults, $17.95 for seniors and students, and $13.95 for youth (ages 3 – 11). Tickets include access to all four floors of exhibits, giant-screen and 3D educational films, and live programming.

SCIENCE FOR ALL – General Admission Access Program:
If you have an EBT or WIC card and a valid form of photo ID, please show it at the admissions desk to receive $3 admission per person for up to six individuals. This discount applies to general admission and may not be applicable for special engagement exhibits or certain events.
