Qigong combines gentle movement, breath practices, mindfulness and internal massage. All of this in union accesses the Relaxation Responses, opposite to the Stress Responses.

The Relaxation Response results in 7 physiological and psychological changes that experts refer to as the body's inner medicine.

Kevin P Merrigan is a Integral Qigong & Tai Chi Teacher, exposed to Chinese Martial & Healing Arts for over forty years. Kevin introduced Tai Chi Easy, made up of Qigong and Tai Chi to Veterans & Staff at the Orlando VA Medical Center for the last 1.5 years. The grant ended recently and is now free to offer Qigong to the Lake Nona Community.
