A wellness workshop with a different sort of mission: to lighten your everyday stress load and cultivate a mindful way to optimal health. This workshop will help you identify your individualized wellness framework and keep you engaged, motivated, and mindful. Participants will map out the healthy habits and goals they want to integrate in their life and will be given the actionable wisdom they need to transform their health. Specifically, participants will explore ways to restore and create balance in their lives through diet, lifestyle, and managing stress. The workshop will conclude with a restorative practice intermixed with essential oils therapy, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Please bring a notepad and two tennis balls.
