BACKBOOTH 39 W. Pine St Orlando FL 32801 For anybody who is not familiar with Moombahton here is a brief history lesson: Moombahton is a popular genre of electronic music invented by musician/DJ Dave Nada in the fall of 2010 in Washington, DC. Nada created the neologism "moombahton" to describe the new genre. "Moombah" comes from the title of a popular track by DJ Chuckie that was remixed by Afrojack. Nada slowed the tracked down to 108 beats per minute, which is close to the same bpms of reggaeton. Hence, Nada adopted the "ton" from "reggaeton" and appended it to the track title "Moombah" to generate a new genre of bass music based off slowed down dutch house known as "moombahton." Moombahton is growing dramatically in popularity around the globe with it being Sponsors: Pabst Blue Ribbon, Colt 45, Ma-Less's Cats, K1K0's Eyebrows, Big Makk's Snapback Collection & Khan's 1996 Honda Civic.
