Uncomfortable Brunch says
Easter Sunday, April 5th at 12:00 pm we will be screening Pasolini's immortal classic SALO, OR THE 120 DAYS OF SODOM. This will definitely be the most graphic flick we will show all year. Seems appropriate as an alternative to The Passion of the Christ. Based on the book by the Marquis de Sade and told in four segments, this commentary on post-WWII fascism was banned in countries all over the world including Australia, New Zealand, England, and Germany. It really is a rough one to get through.

Food will be provided by the amazing folks who put on Southern Fried Sunday. We will have an Easter egg hunt (complete with prizes like drink tickets and admission into future brunches). We will also be showing some really great sacrilegious short films before the feature. Don't let the church make you feel terrible about your sins this Easter... revel in them at Will's Pub. You will be in good company.

Each month brunch will be hosted at Will's Pub where we will enjoy the most pleasant of weekend social activities...
We then juxtapose that with the most unpleasant social activity... watching an academically important but ridiculously uncomfortable art film that every film lover SHOULD watch, just doesn't necessarily WANT to watch with a group. It is fun.
