Gain the strength, skills and knowledge to go Upside Down confidently!

In this workshop-style class, we'll break down the how-to's of headstand, handstand, shoulder stand, forearm balance and a range of arm balances. You will learn how to mobilise your wrists, and shoulders, activate your upper back, core and legs, align your skeleton and integrate your breath in the poses. There will be plenty of time to explore and practice - no need to rush through, as can happen in a standard class.

Upside Down is suitable for all levels as we work from the foundations all the way through to more advanced variations.

Upside down only happens once a month so don't miss out!
