Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. So often we participate in activities in which we say we are “relaxing”; watching tv, having cocktails with friends, listening to music or reading a book. While these activities may be enjoyable, they are not ways to relax, but simply a diversion of your senses. True relaxation is experienced as the mind and body releases the temptations of attaching to the senses stimuli, and this is what Yoga Nidra does best!

Join me for my last Yoga Nidra practice in Central Florida (for a while anyway) as I prepare to move out of my native state FL and head for the mountains of Boulder, CO.
