Yuri’s Night is a group of hundreds of events that occur worldwide on or around April 12th to commemorate the first human spaceflight! Named in honor of Yuri Gagarin, the first cosmonaut to leave the planet, Yuri’s Night is designed to help people dream about where we’re going, explore where we are, and celebrate where we’ve been on our path to the stars.
Yuri’s Night in Orlando will include Presentations, Space Trivia, Stargazing with telescopes provided by the Buehler Planetarium at Seminole State College, and more!
Hosted by Space Apps Orlando, this FREE event is a prelude to the Space Apps Challenge!
All-ages, open to the public.
