Merci Beaucoup + GRAAMH

As part of Time Out Live – unique, exclusive and unmissable events curated by Time Out – we hold a monthly night in partnership with L’International, with their great bands playing the best new indie pop and electro rock.

Our May event is headlined by Merci Beaucoup, a synthpop duo whose sprightly melodies and syncopated bass mix with the slowest and softest of electronic layers. Sung in English, the pair’s sound has all the insouciance of their youth.

During happy hour, discover the excellent GRAAMH, slaves to ’80s indie rock: dark, disillusioned and solemn, their sound recalls Jesus and Mary Chain. Hear a sample here before their LP comes out in June.
