It’s been about four years since Jinkx Monsoon sashayed away with the crown on season five of RuPaul’s Drag Race, but the comedy queen hailing from Seattle is anything but yesterday’s news. She’s managed to keep herself in the spotlight after all these years thanks to a steady stream of music videos, theatric roles and cabaret-style gigs such as The Vaudevillians, which she performed at Voyeur in 2013.

Her latest venture, Jinkx Sings Everything, has been performed on stages from New York City to London and it finally makes its way to Philadelphia for the first time next month. The show combines Monsoon’s vocal and improv talents by letting the audience pick the setlist. Attendees call out their favorite Broadway tunes and she’ll belt them out—or at least attempt to—all the while throwing back martinis and regaling the crowd with her trademark witty banter. She’ll be accompanied by pianist Joshua Stephen Kartas, who will no doubt try to keep the sloshy songbird in line.

The show takes place Sunday, September 17 at the Ruba Club in Northern Liberties starting at 8pm. Tickets are $22, but you can score priority seating and a meet-and-greet for $40. Also keep in mind there’s a two-drink minimum at the venue—and the bar is cash-only. To purchase tickets, call 212-352-3101 or go here.
