On Monday night, 20 chefs and restaurants from East Passyunk Avenue will host a dinner at Bok Bar—giving you the chance to not only take in those extraordinary views of the city skyline but chow down on grub from some of the best restaurants in Philadelphia.

This is the second year of “Up on a Roof: The Chefs of Passyunk at Bok Bar.” The 2017 event features all the biggies: Nicholas Elmi from Laurel and ITV, NOORD eetcafe’s Joncarl Lachman, Todd Wentz from Townsend, Will BYOB chef Chris Kearse and more.

Each chef will come bearing samples of a signature dish for guests to try. So, for instance, from the aforementioned chefs, you can try Laurel’s chicken liver tart with blackberry and pecan, house-smoked salmon with pickles and remoulade from NOORD, Wentz is providing a roasted stuffed pig and Kearse will serve up what is sure to be an exquisitely presented escargot and miatake mushroom daube. There will also be some sweet treats from Vanilya and Capogiro.

It all goes down Monday, September 18, from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Your $40 ticket gets you all the food you want—and can be purchased here. The bar is cash-only and features Bok’s regular menu of cocktails, beer and wine. Music for the evening comes courtesy of DJ Christophonic.

This could be one of your last chances to swing by Bok Bar for the summer. The venue’s closing bash for the year happens September 29.
