Chef Michael Millon serves a seasonal menu at this 48-seat BYOB whose name translates to “by hand.” The ingredient-driven, hand-crafted food pulls its inspiration from regions all over Italy. Think Calabrian chilis, egg-based pastas with hearty sauces and house-made sausage. And with Chef Michael Millon in the kitchen, the presentation of each dish is its own work of art.

As far as authentic Italian restaurants go, this place is top notch! We had a group of 5 and ordered basically the entire menu and shared it all - 3 pastas, 4 appetizers, 3 desserts, many sides. The charcuterie board for two was one of the most impressive boards i've seen, the bread came out with the softest butter and was warm and soft and delectable. The pastas were each stand out dishes on their own, but so was the cauliflower appetizer, the pork shank main, all of the fishes. The serving sizes were respectable, the flavors were delectable, and the space was cozy and inviting. I loved it!
