After five years, the 26 seats at Nick Elmi’s intimate East Passyunk debut are still some of the most desirable in town. A well-seasoned staff guides guests through a seven-course tasting menu with artful plates that most definitely qualify as edible art. Although the restaurant began as a BYO, guests can complement memorable meals with wine pairings or bottles from an Old World-leaning list.
