As an homage to Philadelphia’s rapidly shrinking family of delis and diners, Matt Cahn has opened his take on a neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot. But this Midtown Village luncheonette is much more than a simple hash house. Breakfast sandwiches are layered with local cheddar cheese and served on potato Pullman slices from Philly Bread, while lunchtime sees short-rib Reubens and Vietnamese-inspired vegan hoagies.
