The latest addition to Philly’s pizza scene is a Roman-style spot that’s selling slices al taglio, that’s Italian for “by the cut.” Forget the triangular serving, here rectangular pies are topped with the best ingredients sourced both locally and from Italy, baked and cut in slices with a pair of shears. Grab a couple of potato and rice croquettes to round out your Roman repast.
