After more than a year of renovations, this storied politician hang is back and better than ever with roomy banquettes, a booming bar scene and walls boasting caricatures of famous Philly faces including the likes of Bradley Cooper and Mike Jerrick. The wine menu doesn’t skimp on expense-account bottles, martinis are icy cold and service is seamless. Steaks are stellar but might very well be overshadowed by sides of remarkably rich creamed spinach and potatoes au gratin.
