Ultimo is an original in the “craft coffee” movement and an easy pick for a high-quality pour-over—all orders after 11am, in fact, are hand-poured and include one of the shop’s own roasts. Complement a brew with citrus notes with any of their sourdough bagels or vegan donuts from Dottie’s. It’s one of the more comforting spaces for work or pleasure in the city, featuring a garage door that let’s in a warm breeze on perfect spring days, a repurposed church pew for seating along the wall and an indoor mural that provides the space a little funk.
