Celebrate Engineers Week with your fellow Penngineers during February 23-27th! There will be a wide variety of events hosted by different clubs each day. Monday: Theta Tau E-sassins (ongoing) Starting Monday, February 23rd, Theta Tau will be organizing a game of E-ssassins! Donate $1 to relay for life and be a part of the engineering-wide action. The game consists of players iteratively eliminating their targets while attempting to avoid their own targeters. Each player will be given a keyword that will serve as their identity. There are 3 rounds. Sign-ups: 11am-1pm from Wednesday, February 18th to Friday, February 20th. Levine Lobby ADAPT Whip and Whisk Cupcakes Study Break ADAPT (assistive devices and prosthetics technology) is hosting a study break. Come enjoy some delicious Whip and Whisk Cupcakes and learn about our exciting new club. Greenberg Lounge 1:30-3 PM BMES & Theta Tau Resume and Cover Letter Workshop BMES and Theta Tau will be hosting a resume and cover letter workshop. Come hear tips from Rosette Pyne, Senior Associate Director at Career Services. Also meet with upperclassmen one-on-one about your resume to prepare for summer applications! Drop by to play some games and chat with our board members about our organization and plans for the future. Levine Lobby 3:30-4:30 PM TEC Learn to programm an Arduino Stop by for an interactive & hands-on session where you can learn to do cool things with Arduinos. No prior coding experience necessary. 5-6 PM MSE Society Hot Cocoa and Ice Cream Study Break MSE Society will host a Hot Cocoa and oobleck stress ball making event in the LRSM Reading Room 6-7 PM Penn Aerospace-Science Behind Star Trek Study Break The Penn Aerospace Club will screen Star Trek Into Darkness in Wu & Chen auditorium, followed by a discussion of the science and engineering behind the sci-fi. Wu & Chen 7:30-9:30 PM Wednesday: SWE E-Week Breakfast Delicious food will be provided as you start the day right with all your fellow engineers. Raisler Lounge 11 AM-12:30 PM Architechs+IEEE Drone Flying Come join the Architechs and IEEE to play around with drones. We will have a number of Parrot Drones for people to fly around. Quain Courtyard 12:30-2:30 PM SASE Tea and Pastry Study Break SASE (Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers) is hosting a study break featuring tea and pastries from Chinatown. Come join us to learn a little more about the club and to de-stress! Towne 100 8-9:30 PM Thursday: AIChE Pizza and Jimmy John's Study Break Stop by Levine lobby for some delicious pizza and Jimmy John's sandwiches hosted by AIChE, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers! Open to all engineers! Levine Lobby 12-1 PM SEAS Council Quizzo Compete against engineers from other majors in a game of Quizzo on engineering trivia for the chance to win a Ben and Jerry's card! Stop by to meet SIGGRAPH and see some of the technology that studios like Pixar and Blizzard use to make amazing movies and games.
