Liberty City Kings Drag & Burlesque Winter Auditions!

Start practicing your swagger, waxing your stash, and adding glitter and sparkle to your pasties! Liberty City Kings AKA LiCK, Philly's award winning Queer drag & burlesque troupe is having auditions! We will be auditioning performers: MC, drag king, drag queen, burlesque, boylesque, genderfuck royalty, stage kittens And staff: Door, set up, merch, DJ, photographer, graphic designer. If you have a skill you think we will want... come on out! Spot are limited so we suggest you BRING IT! For all the nitty gritty down and dirty details please see the note on our page or website about how to "Become Royalty" Performer auditions: 10:30 am sharp! Staff interviews: 1pm sharp! Please note: auditions & interviews DO NOT start on drag time. The short and sweet: 1. RSVP - AND.... AND you MUST also leave a comment telling us you are planning to audition or interview for a Staff spot AND YOU MUST FILL IN AN ONLINE APPLICATION IN ADVANCE!!! 2. Show up 10:30 sharp for performer auditions with your music on cd or iPod some semblance of costume, character and choreography as well as any props you need. There is a dressing room available for you to change in. Show up at 1pm sharp for Staff interviews. 3. Show us what you got! If you want to perform both drag & 'lesque please come prepared to do two numbers (we'll give you time in between for a gender/costume change). You can ONLY do two numbers if you are auditioning for drag & burlesque, otherwise one number will suffice. 4. We are looking for a new DJ and MC, also interested in photographers and graphic designers... be prepared to show us some of your work!
