Lost Abbey Beer Dinner

OK Campers… We just opened up our back bar area for our annual Tomme Arthur dinner. The front rooms sold out before we even announced the beers or food menu. We will be holding our annual beer dinner with Tomme Arthur head brewer at Lost Abbey Brewery & Port Brewing. Since this is at Monk's, we will have a focus on his outstanding Lost Abbey lineup. This is one of my favorite dinners each year. I first met Tomme Arthur at a Real Ale Festival in Chicago and was blown away by his beer. He was head brewer at Pizza Port Solano Beach, CA at the time. This is way before he hit the big time. Below is our planned menu for this special dinner. Of course, the menu may change due to market conditions and the freshness of produce, seafood and meats.
