The magical power of yoga lives in the application of the theory through to ongoing practice. As much as the teachings can inspire and guide us, they come alive when we communicate them in authentic and meaningful ways. Come and enjoy an upbeat, light hearted, down-to-earth, fun workshop and explore your relationship with asana. Christina Sell is known for her ability to break down challenging postures into component parts and for her ability to teach postures progressively so that everyone can participate according to their level. The techniques covered in this session are perfect for students of all levels who want a detailed and nuanced approach that is both energizing and focusing.
