Open since 2001, this school for all things boozy offers an abundance of workshops led by experts on wine, beer, cocktails, and even cooking and food pairings. Classes run the gamut from schooling you on wines from specific regions and how to mix up the perfect cocktails to ways to incorporate beer into a fancy dinner. You don’t have to be a burgeoning professional sommelier to take part; the school is open to anyone itching to gain a little more insight into the things they’re drinking. Classes are fun, informative and usually leave you delightfully tipsy from all the tastings.
