Sadhana means; a daily spiritual practice, it is a self discipline that allows one to express the Infinite within one's self.
Aquarian Sadhana is a set of morning practices given by Yogi Bhajan that support us in connecting to our Divine Nature. The Aquarian Sadhana is split into three parts.
7:00am - 7:20am | Japji
7:25am - 8:10am | Kundalini Yoga Kriya
8:10am - 9:15am | Aquarian Mantras
We open with Japji Sahib, a prayer in verse that connects you deeply with your own soul. Japji is followed by a Kundalini yoga set which awakens us to the divine interplay between breath, body and inner truth. Finally, we end with an hour of chanting the Aquarian mantras. These mantras were given especially by Yogi Bhajan to help us stay grounded in our spirit amidst the challenges of this age.
All are welcome to attend. Don't be afraid to be late! All may come in or leave at any time.
We have mantra sheets to borrow.
To prepare yourself, wake up with a few stretches or exercises. Take a cold shower and drink a few glasses of water. Wear loose, clean clothing (white is best), and a head covering if you choose.

It doesn’t give you a written guarantee from God. The one who does sadhana builds himself such a powerful personality, he can conquer anything! That is why I do my own sadhana. I have been doing it for years. I do it even now. Some people ask me, ‘You are a Master, why do you do sadhana?’ I say, ‘To remain a Master!'” ~Yogi Bhajan
