In our 3rd session, learn with Dezza how to get grounded in order to fly with strength and ease. We will set up the tools to major arm balances including bakasana (crow), parsva bakasana (side crow), Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose), and Eka Pada Koundiyanasana B (Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya B) This workshop is designed for the beginner and advanced yogi alike; even if you never lift your feet off the ground, it is a great way to begin to prepare for arm balancing.
