Breathwork & Movement for Anxiety Management

Join facilitator Rachael Goss, MA, RYT for an exploration of managing anxiety in these unsettling times. Many of us are feeling the political and social tension in our relationships and in the public sphere. Take some time to connect to your body with a gentle, anxiety-releasing yoga sequence. We will also explore several breathing techniques to help reduce panic and stress.

This workshop will serve as an introduction to the brain science behind anxiety and what techniques are most helpful in managing it as it arises. Previous workshop attendee's will find the workshop to be an opportunity to review and practice what we've learned before. For those of you who may have missed the other offerings of this workshop, this is an opportunity to come and learn more about managing your anxiety and why is occurs. I hope you will join me in this important work!
