Hey everybody! This is our first blog event! Come out, eat free cake and listen to some cool music about monsters!

It's only 10 dollars!

First Jason Official
"FIRSTJASON is a punk-metal project fronted by ARI LEHMAN. the singer/actor who has the unique honor of having played the role of the First Jason Voorhees in the Paramount Classic Horror Film "Friday the 13th" (1980). A native New Yorker, seasoned artist and professional musician, Lehman rips through the tight melodies and vicious hooks with his arsenal, a shredding Keytar and powerful voice. FIRSTJASON performs in punk/metal clubs, metal fests, film festivals, and horror conventions throughout Europe and the US."

Terror Inc.
"Terror Inc. is, as far as we know, the only horror band out of central Pennsylvania. Breaking away from the “hardcore metal” scene that has Harrisburg and the surrounding area in a strangle hold; we step up to play something truly different and new for this area… Horror rock! Combining musical elements of early punk, metal, and goth rock we created a sound all our own, topping it off with lyrical themes of horror, sci-fi, and the occult. We are setting out to carve Terror Inc. into the minds of horror fans everywhere. Our goal is to create a new realm of terror and fear for us all to cower in together."

Weird Paul Petroskey
"Weird Paul Petroskey is one good lookin' S.O.B. But, more importantly, he writes the damn catchiest songs. Paul began releasing his own cassettes in the late 80's. In 1991, Homestead Records released "Lo Fidelity, Hi Anxiety". Since then, Paul is back to recording albums of fun indie-pop/punk, including his latest (and 28th), STILL GOING STRONG. Currently, having written or co-written over 700 songs, Paul has over 20 albums worth of music available for purchase (see www.weirdpaul.com). "

The Gothees
"The Gothees are an entertaining and eclectic mix of performers-cum-musicians who have a unique and often perverse way of slanting the dominant paradigm of rock/pop music or something along those lines.

Their music may be best described as an unsettling mixture of '60s pop distilled with a hint of '80s influences topped with a slight pinch of the punk aesthetic.

Imagine the bubblegum pop tunes of The Monkees and The Archies interpreted by The Velvet Underground with Ian Curtis of Joy Division as lead vocalist ... really."

Plus Ari Lehman will be doing an autograph signing at the show, so bring your Friday the 13th dvds!
