About Scanners (1981)
Futuristic thriller about people called "scanners" with bizarre telepathic abilities. One heroic Scanner fights against the evil corporation Consec hellbent on exploiting his kind.
About Well Known Strangers

Well Known Strangers began at Steel City Improv Theater and was the longest running House Team when they retired from Totally Free Mondays in September of 2013. Independently they produced a mini-webseries "WKS Radio", the short films "The Art of Control" and "Hunter Gathering," which won the Audience Choice Award in the 2013 Pittsburgh 48-Hour Film Project, and an original theme song and music video. Well Known Strangers continue to perform in the Pittsburgh area.
