Learn mindful movements from Chi-Gung and the Buddhist tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh that will help you to be more mindful in every day life. Mantras in Sanskrit and English will be taught to cultivate peaceful and healing states of mind through the power of music and sound. No meditation experience is required, this class is helpful for those who would like to learn more active meditation styles.
