Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council says
Do you have a community art project that needs some money?

If you'd like to hold a performance, exhibit, reading or other art project in your community, we encourage you to apply to Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PA Partners) Project Stream for up to $2500! The goal of these projects is to make quality arts programs available to every Commonwealth resident by increasing access to the arts. The work can be any genre—visual art, dance, theatre, music—and must be open to the public. In short, we're looking for well-planned projects taking place between September 1, 2016 and August 31, 2017 that will bring high quality art to people who might not already have many arts experiences available to them.

Nonprofits, individual artists, artists working as a collective, local governments can all apply. Guidelines, details and a prezi on the proccess can all be found on the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts website The deadline for applications is June 20, 2014 so start your application today!

If you are intimidated by an online application or if eGrant has not been kind to you in the past come watch Anne Mulgrave, GPAC’s Manager of Grants and Accessibility, magically complete an online application before your very eyes and reveal the mysteries of eGrant at a Saturday morning workshop ... yes we will have coffee and pastries:)
