This is not a typical show! Instead of back to back performances similar to a theater show, dances will be sprinkled here & there throughout the night, giving you time to chat with the dancers, try foods from the east, & have Henna done! This evening will leave you with more of an experience as opposed to an audience member. Family friendly!... & surprise birthday fun for Maria's mom!

This evening will pull from folk dances covering parts of Asia, North Africa & the middle east in essence of a "Silk Road" style covering a vast display of cultures including some modern fusions & middle eastern dance (bellydance)

"Silk Road, or Silk Route, is a series of trade and cultural transmission routes that were central to cultural interaction through regions of the Asian continent connecting the West and East by linking traders, merchants, pilgrims, monks, soldiers, nomads, and urban dwellers from China and India to the Mediterranean Sea during various periods of time. "

"In addition to economic trade, the Silk Road served as a means of carrying out cultural trade among the civilizations along its network." From Wikipedia
