About Jade Esteban Estrada:
Jade Esteban Estrada, a graduate of New York's American Musical and Dramatic Academy, has performed in seven languages and in 33 countries. He's appeared on "The Graham Norton Effect" (Comedy Central), "30 Rock" (NBC) and hosted the 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards (Bravo TV).

His career began when he won the role of Flat Top in the German production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Starlight Express and then later toured from Honolulu to Atlantic City as choreographer and lead dancer for Latin TV personality Charo (cuchi-cuchi). As a singer, his Latin pop music was featured on the Golden Globe and Emmy award-winning police drama The Shield and he also lent his voice to the 2002 Being Out Rocks compilation CD (Centaur) where he joined such artists as Cyndi Lauper, Sarah McLachlan and Taylor Dayne in support of the Human Rights Campaign and National Coming Out Day. That year, he was awarded the Premio Estrella at the 9th Annual Encuentro Awards in Miami for outstanding visibility and achievement in the entertainment industry and Out Magazine christened him "the first gay Latin star."

Estrada turned his attention to solo theatre and has produced and toured 19 one-person shows to date including his highly-acclaimed solo musical comedy ICONS: The Lesbian and Gay History of the World, Vol. 1 and Tortilla Heaven. The Richmond Times-Dispatch calls him "a master entertainer." Recently, he starred in the short film Faithful Departed which screened at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival and in 2013 starred in an online commercial for Prudential Insurance.

His burlesque emcee stylings have been tapped for the Houston Burlesque Festival, the Latin Burlesque Festival, the Caribbean Burlesque Festival, the Dallas Burlesque Festival and countless other burlesque productions from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles. As his boylesque persona Pretty Boy Rock, he has been selected to perform at the 1st Annual Oregon Burlesque Festival, 2014 Ohio Burlesque Festival, 2014 San Antonio Burlesque Festival, Fierce! The 2014 International Queer Burlesque Festival, Alterna-TEASE 2014 and the Amsterdam Burlesque Award Festival 2014. He recently was crowned Big Boylesquer 2014 at Michigan's 2nd Annual Spring Fling Burlesque Festival in Detroit.

Estrada was the artistic director of the Experiencia Dance Company at Teatro La Tea in New York (2003-2005) and has since choreographed New York stage productions, tours and dance sequences in films. In 2009, he founded his San Antonio-based Acting Master Class Series where he continues to offer workshops in acting, musical theatre, voice and speech and dance. He is also an instructor at the Austin Academy of Burlesque and a member of the Austin-based Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue.
