Event runs:
Friday, Feb. 5, from 10 am -- 2 pm
Saturday, Feb. 6, from 10 am -- 5 pm
*An adults-only 21+ StormFest night will be held on Friday, Feb. 5, from 6 -- 10 pm.*

At StormFest:
> Make your own take-home fossil prints.
> Play with raindrops, and discover the processes of collision and coalesce.
> Learn about high and low weather pressure systems that affect you every day.
> Make your own unique paper snowflake to take home. Find out if snow is colorless!
> Get in the shoes of the weather professionals and make your own weather map.
> It’s fun to have your ‘head in the clouds’—create your own and find out what type it is.
> Explore the steps of the water cycle through colored beads on a bracelet.
> Find out differences in density with a water experiment and see how it connects to the water cycle and weather.
> Glurch? What’s Glurch?! Come find out.
> Have you ever made your own thermometer? Here’s your chance.
> Tornadoes can be observed from the comfort of Carnegie Science Center with the tornado in a jar activity.
> Young kids will love "Nick the Weather Dude," Nick Walker from the Weather Channel.
> Experience SolarQuest Live! in the Buhl Planetarium and explore space weather themes.
> Lava bottles, wind socks, rain sticks, handprint suns and more: find out about weather and storms through the different activities.

StormFest activities are included with general admission.
