Summer Fridays With Bodiography Contemporary Ballet says
Bodiography Contemporary Ballet will transform the Frick’s vast landscape into moving artwork. Living, breathing, moving architects of Bodiography’s dance company will explore the landscape with live sculptures, solo performances, and site-specific creations prepared by choreographer, Maria Caruso.

With inspiration provided the Killer Heels exhibition, the esteemed Pittsburgh dance company will move about the space with grace, poise, and thought provoking movement that will enhance the audience’s exhibition experience.

From 6:30-7:00 p.m., participants will be greeted by live sculptures outside The Frick Art Museum doors, preparing them for the exhibition ahead.

From 7:00-8:00 p.m., solo performances from Bodiography’s repertoire will be presented in The Frick Art Museum Auditorium every 10 minutes by one of the company’s celebrated principal artists.

The performance moves outside from 8:00-8:30 p.m. for a series of female duets created in response to Killer Heels.

Finally, from 8:30-9:00 p.m., a large ensemble presentation on the lawn brings the evening to a close.
