We are holding elections for positions on the board of directors!
You MUST be a member of Roboto to run or vote in this election.
You must be at the event or send us your information prior to the event to run for a position. Voters may vote online if they cannot attend.

The following positions are available:

Facilities 1: Maintaining trash and recyclables, Upkeep exterior perimeter, front and back, Act as main contact for neighbors and landlord.

Facilities 2 Equipment Coordinator: Test and maintain sound equipment, Organize sound equipment, Maintain facilities cleaning and upkeep, Get supplies (sound equipment, toiletries, tools)

Secretary: Checking main email account,answering
relevant emails, delegating responses to other board members, Taking meeting minutes, Keeping track of and organizing records, Record the show intakes

Membership Coordinator (6 Month Term W/ Reelection Option in October): Keeping track of memberships, new sales, and renewals, Organizing membership drives, Organizing member benefits program

Booking Director 1: Receive booking requests, Put events in calendar in an organized manner, Communicate show information to bands/promoters, Share calendar with other board members and
oversee show assignments, Work with other booking director

Booking Director 2
(6 Month Term W/ Reelection Option in October): Same as Booking 1.

Public Relations: Communicate information about Roboto with the community; local businesses, schools, colleges,
other cooperatives, etc., Interact and build relationships with bands, promoters, and show attendees, Help make Roboto a COMMUNITY
