Third Thursday says
Party in another dimension for the launch of "Styles and Customs of the 2020s," a virtual reality experience by Scatter x DIS created for the Hillman Photography Initiative's LIGHTIME. Put on VR googles and be transported to a series of imagined futures. Then, get down in the here and now with DJ duo Tracksploitation for glow-in-the-dark dancing.

Oh, you want MORE?! OK: Chad Keller demos 3-D scanning of our colossal plaster architectural cast collection, one of only three left in the world. Artist Lori Hepner leads a session on drawing with light. Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra chamber musicians dazzle with an in-gallery music experience. Plus, all the art galleries are open, and we'll feature collection tours in the original virtual reality experience, CMOA's Hall of Architecture.

PHEW. We'll see your real faces there.

Third Thursdays are sponsored by Citizens Bank, Great Lakes Brewing Company, Green Mountain Energy Company, UPMC Health Plan, and Walnut Capital.
