-- Lavender (San Francisco, CA) --
minimal techno / dark ambient / modular

“Hailing from San Fransisco, the producer known as Lavender has today released his sophomore album titled Horizons Beneath the Surface via the leftfield, dark, and ambient-oriented Detroit label Jacktone Records. Following the release of his clandestine debut LP titled Mystique Youth, which SF Weekly named in its "Top 15 Bay Area Albums of 2015" round-up, the producer's cinematic form and equivocal sound continues to impress. Easily compared to the complex spontaneity of early Pink Floyd and the uncanny atmospherics of Director John Carpenter , this album is a poignant and mechanical collection of tracks with far-reaching sonic scenarios” - XLR8R

"Listening feels like being in that liminal state between waking and dreaming, as small melodies waft in and out, leaving the listener to wonder if they were ever really there. Mystique Youth's magic lies in its immediate beauty; it is an eminently rewarding listen, full of delicate moments and heartbreakingly beautiful melodies." - SF Weekly

"Sublimely serene and progressively dreamy, but with an alien mystery that feels asif everything we hold dear will soon change. If you dig Nils Frahm, Jamie xx, Vangelis or Edvard Artemiev you will find lots to love here.” - aQuarius recOrds

-- Dreamlogicc (Oakland, CA) --
Electro / Drum & Bass / DuB

Dreamlogicc crafts subterranean machine music using an evolving lineup of machinery, both mechanical and digital. Dubby chords and ephemeral strings wash over complex poly rhythms and electro-tinged breaks, while miles-deep sub bass ripples through the air.

Justin James has been creating music for more than twenty years. Through numerous monikers and collaborations, James has produced everything from tech-metal to grunge, ambient to industrial. As 'dreamlogicc', James has released music with several labels, including German IDM outlet Tonatom, Chicago-based vinyl imprint Kimochi Sound, and his own Main Drain Studios A/V label. As DJ Lgcc, James draws threads through all corners of dance music, creating unique tapestries that satisfy both the hips and the heads.
